Get the information on which items you must not bring into the facility.

You may enter Hala Sportova on the day of the event starting from 60 minutes before the scheduled beginning.

Children up to three years of age can enter the Hala Sportova facility free of charge if they sit in their parents’ laps.

Considering the limited technical capacities and the non-adapted facility, persons with disabilities interested in the programs at JP SC Novi Beograd need to write to the facility 10 days before the event at the address: info@halasportova.rs or call at 011 260 83 17 to receive detailed information about the possibilities for them to attend the event.

Do not buy tickets outside the authorized sales outlets, as it may happen that you purchase an invalid or fake ticket.

By purchasing the ticket, you irrevocably accept the rules of conduct as well as other terms and conditions:
1. Tickets without the stub are invalid;2. If you leave the venue, the ticket is no longer valid;3. Visitors may be removed from Hala Sportova for violating the rules of conduct or misusing the ticket;4. A purchased ticket may not be returned to the sales outlet nor exchanged for cash;5. In the case of event cancellation, the ticket may be returned within 60 days of the scheduled event date;6. If an event if cancelled, or if there is any other change, any costs incurred (public transport, hotel, etc.) will not be reimbursed;7. By purchasing the ticket you give your consent to be filmed or photographed as part of the audience with no limitation, nor special approval required;8.
