Visitor – any person who enters Hala sportova with a valid ticket
Organizer– legal entity or individual who organizes an indoor or outdoor event or gathering
Event– a concert or another cultural or sports event that is open to the public, and that can be commercial (entrance with a purchased ticket) or public, where entrance is free

Any person entering Hala sportova accepts the following rules and undertakes to comply with them.
- When entering Hala sportova, visitors are obligated to have valid tickets.
- Upon the request of an authorized person, visitors must present their tickets.
- Tickets purchased for Hala sportova are event specific and contain all the important pieces of information: date, time, event, location, section number, and the place
- The ticket is valid only if its appearance is unchanged with a bar-code registering one entry into Hala sportova.
- At entry points, the security guards at Hala sportova check everything that is brought into the facility, and thus have the right to search all bags, rucksacks, plastic bags, and other personal belongings for security purposes.
- Visitors come to Hala sportova on their own responsibility.
- All the visitors irrevocably waive the right to sue the management or the organizer for any losses, costs, damage to personal belongings, or injury inside or outside Hala sportova facility.
- The transmission of sound or picture from Hala sportova in any manner, including the Internet or mobile telephony, is strictly prohibited.
- Video and audio recordings made in Hala sportova may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Visitors should know that, for the purposes of their safety and security, the Hala sportova complex is equipped with video cameras.
- Any sale of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages to the persons below the age of 18 on the premises of Hala sportova is prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in Hala sportova.
- In the case of evacuation, any person that find himself/herself in the building will comply with the evacuation rules and follow the instructions of the organizer and persons in charge of evacuation control.
